The initiative
The Cyber First Aid Kit is a lightweight, open resource designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises navigate the critical first stages of a cyber incident. Its objective is to make clear, actionable guidance available when organisations need it most.
The initiative combines preparation with access to support, helping SMEs approach a cyberattack with a more structured understanding of what to do next.
Our participation & contribution
Advanced Cyber Security contributed to two key activities:
- Cyber Hygiene Reminder Manual for SMEs. ACS supported practical cyber hygiene guidance aimed at improving preparedness and reducing common cybersecurity risks.
- Trusted SME Responder Directory. ACS contributed to the development of a resource connecting SMEs with experienced, trusted cybersecurity professionals who can support them during incidents.
